The liqueur Brodo di Giuggiole (traditional jujube infusion) is obtained from the infusion of jujubes. It is a refined and exclusive product, typical of the small town of Arquà Petrarca, in the province of Padua. The artisanal production of this particular beverage has been preserved here for a long time, in full respect of the original recipe.
Brodo di Arquà is the original liqueur, known for its characteristic sweet taste and intense aroma. The artisanal production method guarantees the organoleptic profile and the complexity of this liqueur, which stands out from all similar products from other areas of Italy. Its characteristic lively and shiny colour, reminiscent of stones such as amber, and its dense, nectar-like consistency, which visually confirms the enveloping sweetness, announce to the palate the fruity freshness of this extraordinary liqueur, unique of its kind.
The perfect union of the captivating almond and dried-fruit aromas and the balsamic and aromatic notes of the aftertaste is enhanced by the moderate alcohol content.
For ageing, it is best to choose a dark, cool place. Brodo di Arquà can be enjoyed right away, but connoisseurs wait about a year, so that the drink becomes perfectly aromatised.
